This qualification offers a hands-on introduction to the world of sake. You’ll explore the main styles and types of sake through sight, smell and taste to develop an understanding of the key factors affecting flavors and aromas.
Upon successful completion you will receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin.

| Online Classroom Course details
Duration: Five weeks self-guided study to be completed around your schedule
Private study: At least six hours a week
Samples: Spirits not included. We recommend you taste a minimum of eight spirits and you‘ll get guidance on what styles to taste
Includes: Access to WSET's Online Classroom for one year (where you can participate in online lessons, activities, tests and forums), a dedicated online tutor who is available to answer your questions during the course, your ebook and your exam
Additional features: Revision videos, flash cards and exam tips
We recommend that you use a laptop or desktop device and have a reliable internet connection. To sit your examination online you will also need one additional smart device such as a smartphone or tablet.
