Sensory Wine Tasting Experience

Inspired by avant-garde wineries in Northern Italy, we’re partnering with Curiosity Roads to present a sensory-deprivation tasting experience designed to strip away labels, jargon, and visual cues that often shape our perception. By quieting sight and layering in the resonance of a live violinist, we invite the wine to speak through flavor, texture, aroma, and emotion.

Join us for an intimate journey through five small-producer Italian labels paired with musical accompaniment by a classical violinist. This gathering translates the ethos of intentional travel into a local ritual, inviting you to engage with wine—and each other—with a fresh sense of presence.
